I make models to describe my concept designs in a way that is immediate and tactile. In a world where everything is digital the models are a way to remind me of what I have done and what I can do. The only model based on a kit is the Millennium Falcon. All others are scratch-built.

I use 3D printers to fabricate the bases of my models. These are dressed with greeblies and additional prints or fabricated parts. My preference is resin printing because of the resolution of detail but a combination seems to work the best. That said: many models are made from the usual basic materials to get an idea in front of the team as quickly as possible.

My models are primarily for use in the Art Department for discussion and display, and are typically not of shootable quality - but could be if given the additional time they would require.
